Tracy and Polly have a combined 33 years of clinical experience.  10 of these years were dedicated to the care of elders while specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's.

This business was developed over dinner while Tracy and Polly were trying to help a family whose mother was battling dementia.  They discussed options for the mother that would offer her purpose, provide engagement and keep her safe.  Once they came up with a plan they reflected and realized families were reaching out to them regularly for help.  Their mission to is to help one elder at a time.  Bluegrass Home to Home gives them purpose and provides meaningful engagement with potential Residents and their families.  Their goal is to provide encouragement and help those making decision be confident in their choice.  They ultimately desire to leave a positive impact for every person they serve.
